If you visit a 5* hotel you expect that the service is very well. You don't expect to pay extra for your espresso or cappuccino, for you fried eggs or omelette at the breakfast. If you pay 265 for the room you expect that this would be included. Also a bottle of water on the first day at the room but for the others days....no water!...

When you book a room with breakfast, then go for breakfast and they charge you extra to have a cappuccino or fried eggs, I have to pause and ask what is the motivation. I can get boiled or scrambled eggs, but fried eggs are extra, I can get espresso or coffee but cappuccino is extra. Does that really make a difference on their bottom line. I hope it does because I will never come here or to any sister hotel again. si...

Very good hotel, looks very new and clean, the staff are very kind and helpful.
Great location, the rooms are big and the sea view is amazing. We will come back again .for sure... also in the check out they give us free one room till 14.00. very good hotel...

Greedy hotel

Beautiful hotel but everything is overpriced with in the hotel
My son bought an ice cream and then we sit at the cafeteria to have coffees. They told us that is not allowed to eat outside staff in hotel. Very poor approach.
In breakfast they charging espresso, omelette as extra. Very poor approach while you paying 300 euros per night....
