Stayed four nights solo as part of a tour package and had a great experience. Kudos to the staff, including Anna, Alexandros and Dimitri (among many others) who really contributed to an enjoyable stay. Well trained staff was eager to help with any request. Loved everything about the hotel. Cool, clean, modern, with the most amazing and helpful staff. From reception to the rooftop - no one could have done more.
Big shout out to Anna at reception though.
Room was small but very well laid out. Bathroom was great and I loved the products. So much Im bringing some home....

Great accommodation!! The beds are very very comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff os very friendly.
the hotel lobby is so beautiful, the breakfast is amazing. Will definitely come back if we visit Thessaloniki again. Great experience!!...

yes, the pillows and the matress were very comfortable, room nice and cosy, superb bathroom concept that allows its use for 2/3 persons at the same time. And finally very helpfull and kind staff and super breakfast. Reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommanded and see you on our next time in Thessaloniki...

What can I write more..? The general score, says everything. Lets start once more. The staff excellent, the room excellent, the breakfast buffet excellent, service excellent.
One tip for travellers with car: book parking as well room. in my case parking was full but the extremely pro GM, gave us a spot, free of charge, at the front of the hotel.
