I fell in love with the pillows. Generally bed was great, but pillows were the icing on the cake.
Lovely hotel at the heart of the city.
Modern character, excellent breakfast, best way to present honey I have ever seen.
Loved the wireless charger in the room, and the tablet controlling curtains and lights and AC. Really hi tech hotel. Wireless access with no issues. USB plugs everywhere....by the bed...on the dressoi...

The friendliness of the staff is beyond everyones expectations - its even more than the known Greek hospitality! Stuff can almost read your mind and supports throughout the entire stay....

Confusing coworking experience. The staff at one point stopped responding to my emails asking for clarifying information on how to sign up as the website didn't list the rates or the process to enroll.
They said they would get back to me about the monthly coworking option if there was space available and they never did.

We came for a two night stay after we checked in the reception has announced us that the rooftop lounge will be closed from 5:00 p.m. due to a wedding of guests without any further notice.

The below review I posted on their Google Map, the way they response tells everything about their professionalism (not for a 5 star standard). Instead of taking responsibility and contacting booking in how to solve, they response was arrogant, not professional.
