The indoor pool is a plus for the hotel. However, the water is not changed often enough. The steam bath stinks. Unfortunately gifts I bought for friends in Tirana disappeared from my hotel room The reception employee said that this was not possible and that surely someone from my family had taken these things which was ridiculous and even rude. On our first visit to Albania we were lucky enough to have stayed at this hotel. Heather and I were both impressed with the facilities at the Doanesia but more so with the excellent staff. From the moment we arrived to the time we sadly had to leave all the staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and spoke very good English.

All staff are welcoming & friendly. They are ready to help and advice whenever needed.
Arranged airport pick and gave us the best price. Were met by a welcoming juice and a smile on everyones face.
Rooms are clean with amenities.
Spa & sauna are so good and a must try.
Plenty of options for breakfast
A bit far from the center (15 min by bus) but Bus station is 3 mins away...

Immaculately clean Rooms a hood size and Bedfont etc high quality. Staff very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Assisted us when an organised tour didn't turn up. Gave advise on alternative places to visit and how to get there.
Drinks not expensive. Lcation excellent for bus station but nothing happening around re restaurants and bars....

Good service, great hotel..

The gentlemen at the reception are very friendly, warm and welcoming. One of them took the time to tell about things we can do around and how to get about the area. Hotel os clean, room is amazing..Nothing major to complain about..It is located just around nice cafes, restaurants which is a bonus....
