Outstanding location was the best feature here: half a block from the Canal du Midi & a 10 min. walk to train station & historic town center. Groceries, a bakery, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bars, yoga studio, churches & promenades all a stone's throw away. Front desk staff were gracious. The bed was comfy, no dirty carpets, surprisingly quiet. Laundry room on site was helpful.Downsides: cheap towels not genero...

We stayed 3 nights at Odalys Apparthôtel Colombelie in Toulouse, and I regret booking it. The air conditioning was broken, and our room stayed at a sweltering 29°C. Staff lied the first night, saying it would be fixed, lied the second saying they would call someone to fix it. The next day, they admitted there was no solution, no fan, and no room change. After checking online, I found out this was not a one-off issue...

The room was nice and the breakfas is excellent. The personnel is kind. The only problem was that the TV was not working; I asked twice to the reception but the problem was not solved but it was really a minor problem....
