What a real gem this hotel is! Can't really recommend it enough! Absolutely amazing place, situated in a quiet street, yet very close to the main attractions. Staff is great , so helpful and polite, room spotlessly clean, vey well equipped, bed super comfortable, breakfast is great. We stayed in the room with the Grand Canal view, which was absolutely amazing. Can't recommend enough and can't wait to go back....

Beautiful small hotel in a great location

Lovely small hotel in a great location, only 10 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge, and with true Venetian charm.
Our room was special and well equipped with views over the water. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.
Breakfast was served in a nice dining room on the second floor and had a reasonable choice of food options.

What a great hotel full of friendly staff, our room was on the ground floor on the waters edge which was fantastic to be so close to the boats and water traffic. The bar was across from the room making easy to get a glass of wine and sit outside on the pontoon of an evening. Would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Thank you for a wonderful stay....

Lovely little hotel not far from the Rialto Bridge and easy to get to from the airport. We arrived early so the room wasn't ready but they said they would try and have it ready as soon as they could. Lovely staff who were all extremely helpful. We were in room 325 which was huge. The beds were really comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Staff are first rate. Friendly and helpful. We were in a small basic room with a side canal view on the 3rd floor. There are no lifts so a bit of a climb with cases.
Bed was very comfy. We did stay in the room much so was fine. Breakfast was really good and every day we sat outside on the little balcony, overlooking the Grand Canal whilst sipping coffee.
