We are on our honeymoon and staying for four nights. The TV in our room doesn't work (outside of stricly CNN) & after trying to explain that not having a TV in our room for the entirety of the trip that we just paid a lot of money for is not acceptable, I was told that I can I can go find another hotel instead. Our stay was good in parts.
The good bits were some excellent staff Alberto on reception and an older couple serving in the dining room we wanted to bring home.
The bad bits were:
1. Despite being emailed one month in advance that we were vegan and vegetarian, nothing was labelled as vegan or vegetarian, and the staff had no idea what a vegan ate. In 30+ years of being vegan, this was the most feeble attempt anywhe...

A clean, comfortable hotel to stay in when exploring Venice. Great location to walk everywhere from and close to the main train station and bus stops for serving/leaving. Good breakfast and friendly staff who provided some great restaurant recommendations...

Just returned after 4 nights at this fabulous hotel. It is in the perfect location away from the crowds but so central for everywhere. If the weather is good make sure you sit out in their secret garden, its an oasis of calm! Our room was clean and spacious, and the rainfall shower just fabulous. Just returned from staying 4 nights at this hotel. The location is great. Its in a fairly quiet location, away from the madness but its only a 30 minutes walk to St Marco Square. Its a lovely walk with shops and views along the way. Near to the hotel are lots of nice restaurants and shops. Breakfast was nice with pastries, cereal and some cooked options.
