Stayed here for a long weekend (16/1-19/1)
Great location, really beautiful and close to Vaporetto stop and train station. Not slap bang in the middle of the busiest tourist areas but still with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars around. The room was small but but as we only had a small amount of luggage l this didn't matter to us. With large suitcases it would have been challenging...The room was sparkling clean...

A good hotel for a short stay.
As with most places in Venice, it is compact and cosy due to the lack of space on the island. The hotel has done well to make the space feel clean and the location next to the train station is an added bonus, with a water ferry only a 5 minute walk away (with no stairs to navigate - so great if you have luggage).

We found the Venice Times to be just lovely! The accommodations were perfect and the location just ideal. In addition, the staff was extremely welcoming, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Venice!...

This is a 4 star hotel but with 5 star staff. From the moment we arrived to leaving all staff were wonderful. Thank you to Alberto who gave us lots of information on places to go and to Gami and Raul for a warm welcome each morning for breakfast. Fantastic stay, perfect location, brilliant staff, beautiful accommodation. Only feedback:
No mirror above the desk, so you have to stand in the bathroom to do make-up. The rooms could use a box of facial tissues. The replenishment of the coffee station was a little lax but resolved with reception.
Would definitely recommend & stay again!
