We found the Venice Times to be just lovely! The accommodations were perfect and the location just ideal. In addition, the staff was extremely welcoming, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Venice!...

This is a 4 star hotel but with 5 star staff. From the moment we arrived to leaving all staff were wonderful. Thank you to Alberto who gave us lots of information on places to go and to Gami and Raul for a warm welcome each morning for breakfast. Fantastic stay, perfect location, brilliant staff, beautiful accommodation. Only feedback:
No mirror above the desk, so you have to stand in the bathroom to do make-up. The rooms could use a box of facial tissues. The replenishment of the coffee station was a little lax but resolved with reception.
Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Loved this hotel & convient location. It is down an alley with other hotels and restaurants. I chose this for the location. We had stayed 2 nights after a cruise. Walking distance once off people mover - just over one bridge!
We walked to St Marks, took gondola ride.. murano& Burano next day. Front desk very helpful with map and info how to get around!

Great location, very classy interior, very clean, lovely breakfast and superb customer service. I cannot thank this hotel enough! We came as a couple to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. I had pre-ordered a package to include balloons and chocolates in our room upon arrival, these were decorated perfectly.
