A lovely hotel right on the edge of the city centre, the staff are super friendly. I particularly enjoyed the range of 0% options behind the bar and the excellent bar snacks (best ones all trip). James is an excellent bar man....

Stayed here 3 nights end of January. Very kind and pleasant check in. Beautiful room and comfy bed. All sights within walking distance. What a lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again. My status was recognized....

Superb resolution to room issue.

We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately the room we stayed in on the first night was noisy - in that it felt like we were staying with the family in the room (they were not excessively loud) as we could hear their conversations and tv. However, when we brought this to the attention of Mara in reception she was excellent in finding a resolution. The next day we had a different room with all our clothes and bags move...

Absolutely nice hotel, clean and cozy. Stylish interior. Perfect location! Breakfast is very nice, good choice. Reception ladies are so friendly and helpful....
