Superb resolution to room issue.

We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately the room we stayed in on the first night was noisy - in that it felt like we were staying with the family in the room (they were not excessively loud) as we could hear their conversations and tv. However, when we brought this to the attention of Mara in reception she was excellent in finding a resolution. The next day we had a different room with all our clothes and bags move...

Absolutely nice hotel, clean and cozy. Stylish interior. Perfect location! Breakfast is very nice, good choice. Reception ladies are so friendly and helpful....

Wonderful hotel - incredible service! We'll be back! Location is unbeatable. Front desk staff was amazing during all interactions. We stayed in a family room and everything was set up prior to our arrival....

Comfortable stay; excellent location

The location is very good: 12 mins walk from Porta Nuova train station (the few road crossings could be a bit tricky with luggage, but otherwise a easy walk); and about 12 mins straight forward walk to Arena. Staff are friendly and efficient, especially the two members working at breakfast. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent....

Wonderful stay at hotel Indigo in Verona

We had an amazing experience during our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Verona. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Elizabet went above and beyond to assist us with dinner reservations and gave great suggestions for local places to eat. The manager even stopped by to chat with us in the bar lounge such a thoughtful and personal touch.
