Wonderful hotel - incredible service! We'll be back! Location is unbeatable. Front desk staff was amazing during all interactions. We stayed in a family room and everything was set up prior to our arrival....

Comfortable stay; excellent location

The location is very good: 12 mins walk from Porta Nuova train station (the few road crossings could be a bit tricky with luggage, but otherwise a easy walk); and about 12 mins straight forward walk to Arena. Staff are friendly and efficient, especially the two members working at breakfast. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent....

Wonderful stay at hotel Indigo in Verona

We had an amazing experience during our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Verona. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Elizabet went above and beyond to assist us with dinner reservations and gave great suggestions for local places to eat. The manager even stopped by to chat with us in the bar lounge such a thoughtful and personal touch.

Excellent stay

Lovely hotel just a short walk from the sites.
Check in was smooth and friendly, we had a free room upgrade which was lovely. The room was spacious and well equiped, only negative the shower was small.
Breakfast was well varied and nicely cooked.
Nice little bar, drinks were what youd expect from a city centre hotel.
All staff were pleasant and made our stay special.

Check the location of your room prior to unpacking

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. We didnt mind, as we enjoy walking, but it could be an inconvenience for some guests. We were given a small room, and unfortunately it was right next to the elevator, so we could hear the noise throughout the day and night. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to suit every taste....
