Good morning. My family and I were recently welcomed in the hotel. Very nice and clean structure, very kind staff.
Mr. Khaled welcomed us with great professionalism and kindness offering us the maximum help on the availability of the hotel and the most extensive explanations on the city of Vienna.
Compliments also to Mrs. Sarap who with great professionalism explained to us a lot about Viennese life offering us cordi...

We stayed at the Austria Trend hotel Beim Theresianum for four nights while in Vienna. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The location is close to the main train station and the underground. Also a reasonably priced grocery store is across the street (closed on Sunday). The only drawback was breakfast, exactly the same every day. It would have been nice for it to be changed sligh...

The location is located right outside the central city and very close to U1 line and trams, so convenient with a WienMobil card. The hotel is clean and the facilities are modern, but it's more functional than warm or attractive. The breakfast (included for me) was decent, although more veggies and variety would have been nice.
