The room was spacious but the customer service that I received was atrocious. The second day that I was there, the cleaner left the door to the shared patio wide open for the entire day with all of my stuff in the room. When I called the front desk to report the problem, they basically told me it was an oops and they would let the housekeeping department know about the issue. Stayed at this hotel for four nights and generally enjoyed it, with some caveats.
The staff were welcoming and genuine. (Compared to another place I stayed near Westbahnhof that begins with 'M', they were noticeably nicer at the Amedia.)
The room is a decent size. I like the fact that you can actually open the windows all the way, (unlike in the U.K.!) Also the mini-fridge is a big plus. It allowed us to have c...

Lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Good selection for breakfast. In a nice neighbourhood with lots of eateries round about. Centre easy to get to on the underground. Nearest station about a 10 minute walk. Would recommend this hotel...

Stayed here for 3 nights in February in a triple comfort room. The staff were friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located near St Marx and Kardinal Negal Platz stations for links across the city.
We didnt have breakfast, although it was available at 17 pp but we felt this was a tad pricey. We used Aldi next door for croissants for 1...

Stayed here for three nights with my wife during our mini tour of Europe.
Have to say (and I can be quite critical) that this stay was absolutely perfect.
The girl who checked us in called Ari was super helpful, went above and beyond her call of duty, showing us the way, and taking us to tram ticket vending machines, and showing us how to purchase tickets, as well as giving us directions on how to get to the city etc...
