The entire experience was very good, The staff helped us check in check out very fast, The rooms were big, clean and comfortable The breakfast were good. location was easy to get to....

Great hotel located about 20mins walk from centre. Lots of restaurants and shops around hotel. Staff very friendly (with perfect English!) and informative re Christmas markets etc.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice from cooked food to continental options.
Our room was spacious like a mini suite with two settees with a bit of a partition wall, two tvs , perfect for families. I liked the fact that the window...

The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk into the city centre and a great location for visiting the Christmas markets, restaurants and sightseeing. Excellent self service breakfast too!...

My wife and I stayed here from Sunday to Thursday. We were greeted by Robin on reception, what a lovely warm welcome a and a charming young man. He gave us plenty of advice about the different christmas markets and on getting to the opera house.
It is a lovely 20 min walk to the opera or centre of vienna. Various routes can be taken inc via the market or plenty of interesting shops.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast. A lot of bus and metro stations nearby. The room was also very clean....
