Pros- Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy access to sights by walking or by bus no 59A.
Lots of restaurants on the same street. Tan tan on the left side is an excellent place to visit for Chinese food.
Breakfast was good.
Moaz on reception was exceptional with information and help.
Cons- When guests arrive at reception and the staff engage with guests in their presence, it would be nice...

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.
I would not stay anywhere else whilst visiting the city!...
