Overall a good stay - but not the greatest of beds

Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is located in a quiet area and while it might not be in the most central part of Vienna, for someone into walking (like me) it was ideal sitting pretty much in between the central station, city center and the Schönbrunn area.
Decent sized room with the usual amenities (not exactly the most modern/largest of TV's but still ok). Bright and clean bathroom.

Nice friendly Hotel, room very spacious and full of comfort e super clean. The staff very friendly and helpful on recommendation restaurants and things to do. Position 10 min walk from city centre. Very recommended, we definitely will be back in this hotel in future....

The hotel is so nice and cozy, the breakfast was delicious. The staff at the reception were amazing and they helped us with everything we needed. Big thank you to Elizabeth and Suzan that made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable. The location is amazing and is close to so much attractions and cute coffee places ....

Elisabeth, the manager, was fantastic. She provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, must-see museums, attractions, and monuments. She even went above and beyond to assist with a small situation my wife encountered during our trip. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, offering everything you need to explore Vienna....

Wonderful week in Vienna

Couldn't fault this hotel for a city break. The staff were fabulous so welcoming and friendly - a special mention to Elisabeth and Robin who were so helpful. The hotel is in such a lovely area, perfect for evenings out, lovely local pubs and a huge selection of restaurants right on the doorstep. The Naschmarkt is only a 10 min walk away.
We loved everything about this break and would definitely return....
