A wonderful stay at Hotel Kaiserhof Wien - everything was excellent. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room was lovely and the facilities were great. Breakfast set you up for the day. It is in a great location, close to everything yet in a quiet road, so no noise keeping you awake at night. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and would certainly stay there again if i come back to Vienna....

We are just back from a wonderful trip to Vienna and stay at the Hotel Kaiserhof. This is a superb hotel from its architecture, appearance, cleanliness, ambience, breakfast, facilities, and location through to the friendly hotel team. This hotel is wonderfully located for the art galleries and squares. It is a few minutes from Karlsplatz and easy walking to the Museum Quarter, The Cession Building, and the Kunsthistorisches Museums. Most importantly, the hotel is quiet, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent and the bedroom spacious with wonderfully comfortable bed!...

I have recently returned from a family holiday in Vienna staying at the Kaiserhof Wien Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family. I cannot compliment this hotel enough , its in a quiet street not far from the centre .
The Kaiserhof is a very clean hotel and this is spread across all departments .
The staff are amazing, they cant do enough to ensure that you have an exceptional stay. Peter working on reception , Sanjay in the bar were amazing and offered great service to us all.
The Breakfast offered gave us such an amazing choice / options...
