Love the spacious rooms, mere minutes from the metro

I stayed two nights here and it ticked all my boxes for a base to explore Vienna city. The double room was spacious - with space for an armchair, study table, make-up dressing counter and lots of space to put my luggage.
There is also some decor elements in the room, from the patterned wallpaper to various lights. Room is also clean, though I would have preferred that bathroom slippers were provided.

AVOID this hotel
Spa and sauna closed all day including weekends. Only open at night which is just pointless.
Staff will not even turn it on for 30mins on a Sunday. Just rude
False advertising
The breakfast is also overpriced and pretty poor....

Excellent hotel only a few minutes away from local metro station that will take you into the centre of Vienna in a few minutes. Our room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Looked forward to the breakfasts in the morning with a good selection of hot and cold food together with cereals, fruit and hot drinks etc. Staff very friendly and helpful....

Modern. Clean. Friendly staff.
Was disappointed in the cost for laundry. I expected it to be expensive but this was absurd. And double cost for weekends. 16 items = $180! Did not do it.
No cooling in the room. Only heat and windows do not open. No ventilation even. Only option was heat
No washcloths. Sam in the other Austria hotel....

One of the cleanest hotels Ive stayed at. The room was spacious, and the gym was better than most hotels of this size. The staff were friendly, but didnt seem to know too much about the area. Its an easy walk to the U-Bahn which is good because its not centrally located to most of Viennas attractions. We stayed here as part of a cycling trip. The price is more reasonable because of the location....
