Nice hotel rooms were modern, walk in shower which is very nice. Great staff, everyone was very friendly, front desk, bar, restaurant, ect. Breakfast was excellent, good selection....

Excellent stay in Vienna! Would highly recommend this lovely hotel if visiting, 5 min walk from Margaretengurtel metro station and tram station. Convenient as slightly outside the main part of Vienna, but very close and easy to get into city centre. Lots of cafes nearby to get breakfast, and also very easy to get the tram to Vienna Central Station. Booked via booking.com and got free upgrade - room was very spacious,...

We were able to upgrade to a higher floor, which has windows that open - lovely to have fresh air in the evenings instead of AC....

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! The gentleman who is nicknamed Homie went above and beyond for us. The breakfast buffet is well-appointed. It even has an omelette station! There are a lot of great restaurants nearby, and a grocery store across the street.
