Location great as train station is just around the corner and tram stop at bottom of street if needed but can easily walk to many places from here.
Brendan on reception was amazing, so helpful when asking how to get around etc, l

On a map this hotel looks a little "out of the way" but everything in Vienna is easily walkable from here, alternatively you can use the great public transport system to get around.
The hotel itself is (to me) industrial chic, lots of concrete, steel, exposed ducting and fake "corten" walls.
There is a small reception area which is plenty sufficient and a good sized restaurant/bar area behind it. We only used that ...

2 girls on reception super friendly, Brendan ( Australia) had an attitude, asked him to try and book a restauranthe said he was too busy. He was quite sarcasticprobably a hit with younger clients.
Arrived at 12am rooms ready at 330left baggage which was abandoned unsecured randomly in reception ! Loads must go missing !
Rooms really hot and stuffy writing this at 0230 am as too hot to sleep.

Room was ready early which was a bonus. Hotel about 10 minute walk to nearest Ubahn station. Room was clean and spacious, however very dimly lit and the the safe was broken.
Rooms are only cleaned every other day which was ok I suppose. On the only day our room was cleaned, the cleaner actually left our room door open! We had been out from 10am to 10pm and we came back to find the lights on and the door open. Luckil...

Traveled with family [and a toddler] and then solo for one night. Perfect spot for both. The vibe is festive, warm and welcoming. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious and the staff are accommodating. We loved the breakfast and the restaurant was a great spot for dinner but you must book ahead as you won't be accommodated on busy night. It was fine for us, we walked across the road and ate in a lovely Italian.
