Okay stay for the cost. I only stayed for one night upon arriving in Vienna. Room was comfortable. Bed comfortable. Mini fidge, and kettle in the room. Quiet hotel. Bathroom needs improvement, there was noticeable mold in the air vent. I was also double charged, even though I had paid in full prior to check in, and showed proof of payment. Stayed here only for 1 night. Checked in late evening and checked out the next morning, hence not much time to really experience the hotel. Checkin was fairly quick. The room was of decent size, with two single beds. It also had a writing table, chair, a minibar, a wardrobe with and ironing kit. Also, thankfully had a kettle with tea/coffee satchets. The hotel also offered a small bottle of water plus 2 wafer packets...

I booked four rooms, but unfortunately my wife and I could not sleep, because we had health problems.
And I am writing this on behalf of my six friends who spent two nights in your Hotel.
First the good things.
The breakfast was phenomenal. A large selection of food, juices, and all delicacies,
The rooms are large and spacious.
Comfortable sleeping.

On the positive side, the room was clean and large with a huge bed. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge in the room.
The hotel is well located and getting into central Vienna was easy and it is well served by public transport.
However, the negatives, the room was really hot. I tried to order a beer at 2 pm on arrival at the hotel while we waited for the room to be ready, and we were referre...

Lovely premium place to stay, very clean all the staff very friendly! Not a bad location a 10 min walk to the tram and 20 mins into the city centre!
Couple of drawbacks was a poor spirit selection on the bar and horrendously expensive breakfast!!!...
