We stayed for a long weekend, was just really nice, clean and staff were super friendly. Was very quiet, free tea and coffee. Bar is open 24 hours a day and self check in if you are arriving late. My husband is now looking other ruby hotels up....

I just finished two nights at this hotel. Quite a good and relatively central location. Reception is situated on the fifth floor. The check-in process was Self service which is a bit of a pain having to put all the details in yourself and not being served by anybody to answer any questions. I reserved a room at Ruby Marie. And booked it. And another one for my friend, who I travelled to Vienna with. Online check-in arrived we checked in. The next day: We were sitting on the train two hours before arrival, we received an email saying that our rooms had been cancelled. The Ruby Marie Hotel is in a very good location. I believe it used to be a department store and has an unusual ring shape to the building.The room was clean and bright although a slightly different shape to the usual with all the facilities you need.Check in was easy,all the staff were friendly and helpful and the bar/breakfast area was nicely arranged with nods to the building's former use.
