Exceptional from start to finish. A very warm welcome and tour of hotel and room facilities, very transparent about what was included (most things were) and what things were extra. Lovely room, wonderful spa and super food made our stay in Vienna really lovely. Hotel is an easy and pleasant walk to the historic town centre but also easily accessible via public transport. Exceptional elegance and luxury. It exceed our expectations. The location, just central, minutes away from museums. Welcomed by a polite and skilled staff, valet parking (cost 30/day). I had an amazing stay at Hotel Sans Souci Wien! Everything about this place is just perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and super comfortable. The location is greatright in the heart of Vienna, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel has an Excelent location. Very nice breakfast. Most helpful stuff. The SPA was pleasunt and tidy. There are very good restaurants in the area and it's right next to the museum area. We stayed here for 6 nights and will come again. Very recommended....

Wonderful hotel ! Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Quick efficient check in with coffee/fizz offered . Facilities excellent , pool lovely ( maybe a wee bit cold ) Beds/pillows very good. Breakfast excellent with lots to choose from and great service . Would highly recommend this hotel...
