I had mixed impressions during my stay at the hotel. The room was not completely cleaned, and requests for cleaning were not responded to immediately. Also, the level of service did not match the advertised price. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but that was my experience....

The room was dirty, the staff did not respond to requests, I will not come here again.
During my stay, the towels were not changed, even though I asked twice. This ruined my impression. To much noise from streets...

This hotel is as beautiful as Vienna . Prime location . Immaculate. Service fantastic . Breakfast stunning champagne is a lovely touch . Little extra touches such as leaving gorgeous chocolates in your room . The spa is fabulous . Staff can not do enough for you . Wine very good !! The rooms are beautiful . Will be coming back ! . My only ask is .. can you please put a Christmas tree in the reception fig when we...

We stayed at the hotel Sans Souci, 5th-8th December and I have to say that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were blown away by the friendliness of all the staff we met!
