The hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful. Niklas, Rosa, and everyone at the front desk and bell services made our stay wonderful. Housekeeping was excellent as well. Breakfast was included and was very good, too. Highly recommend!...

One of our best hotel experiences in years of world travels. Strategically located - can walk to most anywhere in the old city. The staff is young, energetic, and genuinely hospitable - pros in every way! The breakfast was the best of three weeks of travel to several locations. Bravo - good job!...

Excellent hotel and perfect location. Everything was fine from our arrival with the welcome, room, restaurant, SPA, and the personnel is very professional and very friendly. If we would return to Vienna we will choose that hotel again for sure....

the hotel stay was disappointing and not worth the price. Sans Souci is nowhere near a 5 star hotel in terms of service and quality. the manager didn´t speak english ant the duty manager a older woman, was arrogant and not guest oriented. Bar service very poor....
