Wonderful Stay at the Steigenberger Hotel

Our stay at the Steigenberger Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for walking around. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming and gave us great advice on restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar and buffet were amazing. We highly recommend this hotel....

Our trip to Vienna was wonderful, but our stay at the Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof was a huge disappointment.
We booked and paid for our stay (October 2428) well in advance. When we arrived at 11 a.m., check-in was quick, and we were told our room would be ready at 3 p.m. When we returned, the receptionist made us wait 20 minutes before saying there was a technical problem and that wed be upgraded for one nig...

From the moment we arrived at the Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof, we were made to feel truly welcome. The reception and concierge staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating even though we arrived early, our room was already prepared and waiting for us. A wonderful start!

Excellent location very near to the Spanish Riding School and the main shops. We arrived by train and the stop was literally two minutes from the hotel.
Our room was spacious and with a good view over the street; we were on 5th floor and it was very peaceful. The room was beautifully clean and well equipped with kettle/coffee machine/ robes and slippers if required.
