Fab hotel, super clean, modern and well designed with helpful staff. Lovely Lokal restaurant located in the lobby and other good eating spots around the corner. Short walking distance from main train station and other transport links. Would thoroughly recommend....

Hsndy location for Vienna Hptbf & connections to U-bahn & S-bahn, but outside of the main station there are few restaurants & cafes in this vicinity. Rooms are small, no coffee, tea, water provided & for 2 persons we had to request a 2nd pillow, duvet & cover & towels. Breakfast buffet was good, also the ground floor bar & outside garden area, & reception staff were helpful....

Good location but not a great hotel. The room had no tea or coffee making facilities, and only one pillow per person. Also the closet/wardrobe was in a strange location, right beside the bed. There was also a glass door separating the shower and sink from the room, so if you got up before your partner to have a shower you'd flood the room with bright light, making it hard for them to continue sleeping. Brilliant breakfast buffet

We had two nights here with breakfast. The breakfast experience was fantastic! Amazing selection of really good food choices which completely set us up for the day. They also provide sparkling wine - wonderful! I'd stay here again just for the breakfast....

Overall ok experience. Staff on reception could be more welcoming - I dont think shoving an iPad in front of your face and asking you to type in a long form - is the way to go. Whatever happened to customer service. If I wanted to type away on a screen I would have stayed at the office. Can the staff not fill out the form for you?...
