Brilliant breakfast buffet

We had two nights here with breakfast. The breakfast experience was fantastic! Amazing selection of really good food choices which completely set us up for the day. They also provide sparkling wine - wonderful! I'd stay here again just for the breakfast....

Overall ok experience. Staff on reception could be more welcoming - I dont think shoving an iPad in front of your face and asking you to type in a long form - is the way to go. Whatever happened to customer service. If I wanted to type away on a screen I would have stayed at the office. Can the staff not fill out the form for you?...

Stayed for 3 nights in March. Location was good very close to Vienna's main railway station making it very easy to get to from the airport
Receptionist staff very pleasant and we were allocated a room upon arrival even though we arrived before check-in time
Room was good & comfortable. My only criticism was that the room was a little too warm. Air-conditioning didn't seem to help, however it was quiet enough to leav...

Lovely long weekend in Vienna.
The hotel was really nice, friendly staff, excellent breakfast choice. Nice bedroom very comfy bed lovely pillows.
We would definitly recommend the hotel for its proximity to the main station.
It only took 15 minutes from the airport to the station and the hotel was a few minutes walk away.
When we return to Vienna we would go back to the Zeitgeist hotel....

Stayed in a triple room. It was clean and nice, the bed was comfy. Could do with bath towels as they were quite small. Room was v hot at night so we turned the thermostat down to 0. Only one free bottle of sparkling water in the room we could have done with a bottle of still. Tea making facilities but no milk. Breakfast, there is a good selection but the hot food is barely warm. No porridge. Only rice pudding which ...
