This is a lovely hotel. Conveniently situated in the centre of Warsaw, trains and trams are easily accessible. The staff are very friendly here and the breakfasts have a large offering, which is fantastic. They, too, cater for allergies. Lunches are nice here too. The rooms are clean, relatively spacious and comfortable. TVs in rooms too. Thank you for such a great stay....

We had an excellent stay here.
Speedy check-in with friendly staff; ahead of usual check-in time (which suited us!).
Spacious and comfortable room which was very well equipped and did have nice views of Warsaw.
The bar on the bottom floor was well-managed and the food in the restaurant was delicious (breakfast buffet was divine).
We shall return to the Crowne Plaza if we find ourselves in Warsaw again....

Stayed here multiple times and was never disappointed. Rooms are nicely decorated, modern, soundproof and clean. Breakfast is great, and staff is accommodating. Restaurant, although somewhat overpriced for local standards, serves great food....

Cleanliness and smell are the biggest drawbacks of this hotel, and the staff are also unable to help.

Be careful with this hotel. There was mold in my bathroom, and they did nothing about it. In addition, after I reported the problems, the staff passed the buck between themselves and nothing was resolved. They lied to me repeatedly. On the day they were supposed to refund my money, no one responded. They wrote to the booking service that they couldn't help. If you want to fix it instead of avoiding it, please write t...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. We were close to a metro station, and we quickly oriented ourselves to the city. The breakfast was amazing- absolutely everything you could possibly want and more. Even the elevator was the fastest and most modern I have seen. I highly recommend this hotel....
