High bathtub side caused a slip and fall with injury

H15 Hotel is a luxurious, small hotel in a residential area. We checked in late about 9:00 pm. David at the FD gave us an upgraded room, apartment suite. It was very upscale with separate bedroom, sofa, 2 TVs, wetbar, and unaccustomed roominess.

My name is Roberto Moretti,
Ambassador Bonvoy member and Platinum Lifestyle with over 900 hotel nights.
I booked this hotel for 3 nights from November 19th to 22nd, 2025, and I booked their presidential suite.
For sure One of the worst hotels I've ever seen. The service is terrible, embarrassingly unprofessional. The management is shameful.

Wife and I spent 3 nights at the H15 as tourists. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were always helpful / great service. We are Platinum ... had to ask a couple of times, but we received free breakfast which was large and a fantastic way to start the day. We loved the historic building of the H15 Boutique Hotelits fascinating to imagine its past as the Soviet Embassy. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and we even walked 30 minutes to the park for the free outdoor Chopin concert. We stayed in the Luxury Suite. Such an amazing hotel. It is in a prime location, 10-15 minute walk from Central Station. Service at the hotel was wonderful. Staff was so pleasant. The rooms were amazing too. I highly recommend and would stay there again and again! I cannot go on more and more about this hotel...
