Visited while on a trip to view the Warsaw ghetto and uprising sites. Great service good amenities, amazing room (they gave me an upgrade), and very kind staff!! Perfectly located in the middle of town. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning to Poland!...

We enjoyed very much our stay. Big luxury suite room. Modern design and noise-isolated rooms and windows. Friendly staffs both at the reception and the restaurant. Very close to station Hoza. 10 min walk to central st. Free fitness.
Things to improve: 1) too less fresh fruits in the breakfast. 2) there is no ventilation facility in the bathroom room no A31A. 3) pillows are too flat after using in hours, even I put ...

Tried to cheat us out of our sub-penthouse booking

Booked a room that promises views over the skyline - the 'signature' suite that the website compares to a 'sub-penthouse'. When we arrived they tried to give us a room on the first floor looking onto an inner courtyard!! No.
So the second offer, a room looking over the street a few floors up. No. I insisted I had booked a specific suite. It was not a class of room. It was a specific one.
