TO STAY ALONE, and play tennis

It is a good place to be alone, as the bathroom has a translucent sliding door, which does not provide sound or light insulation.
The balcony provides a beautiful view of the city, and the restaurant, LEAF, has an excellent menu, with good options for all tastes.
The services are five stars....

When little men have the chance to decide

Reservation made without the possibility of a refund, I had to cancel due to a problem.
I called the hotel explaining the situation and at first they told me to contact booking.com (false information because the hotel is the one who can decide on a possible refund, not booking), then they told me to call them the next day.
The next day a hotel manager answered me telling me these are the rules and we will not refund ...

The Engimatt Hotel is located in a quiet street close to the tramstation and with some good restaurants close by. If you are a light sleeper and sleep with open windows there can be some noise from the ringroad.
We had a huge doubleroom with terrasse - wonderful bed - and bathroom, and lots of space. Breakfast is excellent with lots of Swiss cheese - which we love - a good selection of bread, pastries and all you w...

I was with my wife and daughter staying at the ENGIMATT City-Gardenhotel hotel. The hotel is very well located, absolutely silent and peaceful street and just 300 m from a Tram station that takes you in 5 minutes to the center (1.6 km) of Zurich. Lovely suite has clogged shower drain

We stayed in a suite. Everything was great except that the shower drain was clogged. We requested a fix the next morning, but it was still clogged when we returned in the evening. If not for this, we would have given a five star review....
