A great Zurich stay

This is a gem of a hotel. I love staying here when in Zurich. The rooms are fresh and clean. Breakfast is very good with a nice selection. If you decide to eat at their restaurants, the food is just as good. The location is wonderful.
I want to acknowledge the great staff. They are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful....

Lovely Swiss Hotel
Travelled on 11/2025
Spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel and could not fault a thing. Bedroom was spacious and spotless. No noise from outside. Staff were always kind and helpful. Good choice for breakfast.
Centrally located - got train from airport then 5/10 minute walk to hotel. Took tram back to airport. Both easy to use....

Hotel was central to everything. Staff in reception and cleaning staff were very polite and helpful. Room was clean. No noise from the street. For a 4 star hotel, the furniture was shabby, the shower head was leaking, my teenager children were given campbeds to sleep in....

Great location

Great location for tourists. You can walk to the supermarket, Bahnhofstrasse and the old town very easily. The room was clean, quiet and spacious(30m2). The beds were soft and comfortable. I stayed at 9 hotels during my trip to Switzerland. The breakfast here was above average. I will stay here again next time I visit Zurich....

Not worthy of 4 star status

Hotel Glockenhof does not deserve to be rated as a 4 star hotel. We were very disappointed with the room which lack ventilation as well as the service at the front desk. The carpet in the room seemed old and dirty and the room was furnished with ugly red fake leather chairs. The staff at the front desk especially the gentleman was unkind and unhelpful. The gentleman even seem irritated when you asked for information....
