Lovely hotel. Although it located in industry area, but still have Coop, cafe, MCD nearby with walking distance. The room is super big, we booked 4 rooms : Boutique Studio is very large, with 2 single beds, clean bathroom. And Urban room, with 1 double bed. Breakfast is great, variety of choice, cozy dining area. Parking cost CHF25 per day, which is convenient for those who drive. Great stay in Zurich!...

When we arrived at the hotel, drinking glasses wasnt clean and there was stain in the toilet and bathroom. They checked that and cleaning staff was very helpful, they showed us that stains is not dirty, just stains they cant clean.
Staff was nice, we got iron from the reception.
We ate dinner one time, fondue was good, we paid 200chf for dinner. We had little misunderstood, we wanted chicken and beef, so we got ...

The hotel itself was good. The room is well-appointed and comfortable. The only major problem is the design of the shower. It is all glass, and the showering person is totally on display--it may not be comfortable for those who are not an intimate couple. The biggest flaw was the shower leaks all over the room floor. We believe this is a design flaw that should be corrected as soon as possible....

Quick seamless check-in and checkout. Rooms clean and bed comfortable Great hotel restaurant. Melanie at front desk was very pleasant and quite helpful....
