It does look incredible in the photos and as many reviewers have noted it has a very cool art deco feel. Rooms are small but this is downtown Zurich where there is a huge premium on space. Its location close to the station and not far from the Lake is fantastic. That withstanding, it was disappointing and with their film evenings and their "quirkness" they are trying too hard. Ruby Mini Hotel shows great photos on the web site. Its a great location and near the train station. Staff all very nice. Bar area nice. However the rooms are TINY. Another building 10 feet across from my window. Had to turn sideways (and Im not big) to get past the end of the bed and the TV on the wall. No kettle or other services in the room. Yes, tea and Ironing board somewhere on the first floor .but thats n...

Love this hotel, stayed there 4 /5 times now, my go to each time I visit Zurich. The location is perfect, a short walk everywhere. The rooms are really lovely and quiet, bedding good. Retro design with Marshall radios, crystal glassware, nice bathrooms. Bathrooms are not for everyone as the wall is made of glass with a pull around curtain for privacy. Near public transit, the train station & not the airport · in the heart of the city center; shopping, sightseeing, restaurants & lots of bars in the nearby area. Room were clean. However, a bit small (but its Europe) specially going around the bed. Very tight space with the possibility of scratching your leg around the bed. Funky Cute Hotel

Great hotel with a funky vibe. Location was perfect for what we needed and only a short walk through the shopping district to Lake Zurich. Our room was cute and small, however we didnt mind the size as we were only there for one night. Staff were very friendly and accommodating....
