Excellent service from Alessandro at the hotel bar

My partner & I went for just a drink at this hotel as we have been many times before to the terrace but this time we just wanted a drink downstairs at the bar. Alessandro attended to us and made us feel very welcome. He gave us a tasting of 3 different sherries so we can decide on 1. Most hotels wouldn't do this. He even topped up our snacks regularly which he didn't need to. We'll be back at the hotel bar for sure!...

Birthday lunch!

We have visited this restaurant many times and never leave without the biggest smile on our faces! Today, we were served by Dani, Miguel and Sharon and they couldn't do enough for us! A special thanks to Dani, it's always a pleasure to see him and he made the experience so special for my mother's birthday!
Big thanks once again! We will be back soon!...

Five stars, hands down, for the level of service in this splendid hotel. We could not have been happier. We arrived early on Tuesday and our Majestic Suite was immediately ready for us. The hotel was beautifully dressed up for the holidays, with bows and lights inside and outside. Passeig de Grà cia, the avenue for Hotel Majestic, put on quite a show for Christmas with lights, bows, Casa Batlló displays and spirit. Th...

Amazing Majestic Hotel Barcelona

The Majestic Hotel and Spa was truly a very special hotel. Every one working at the hotel are so kind and caring. The rooms are very generous with great facilities. The spa area was amazing.
The breakfast and dinners were really lovely and the Roof Top Bar is the best in Barcelona.
Great location and easy to get to every thing you need. Ask the hotel for recommendations for sightseeing and other experiences....

Atmosphere and Cleanliness were perfect in Addition to the spa and massage center plus the aroma smells in the hotel which give it a unique experience...
