How to pay your airport tax

All travellers to Cape Verde need to pay an airport tax of €31 per person.
If you’ve booked a First Choice package holiday to Cape Verde and you’re flying with TUI Airways, the airport tax is included in the cost of your booking. You just need to register your booking online at least seven days before you travel, via TUI’s Cape Verde Airport Tax Registration portal, and then they’ll pay the tax on your behalf.
If you’re flying with any other airline, you can pay the Cape Verde Airport Tax in cash when you arrive at passport control, or online at https://www.ease.gov.cv/.
If you booked your holiday within seven days of departure, you’ll have to pay the tax at the airport. But, if you’re flying with TUI Airways, you can contact TUI with your immigration receipt and they’ll refund the cost.
