Hire a boat and visit Turtle Island
Just opposite Aghios Sostis Beach is the small, uninhabited Marathonisi Island – better known as Turtle Island, thanks to its shape and the loggerhead turtles that nest around here. You can hire a little motorboat to get round its little sandy coves. At one of them you’ll find a duo of sea caves that are perfect for snorkelling.
