Eat out in Kos Town
Outside of the hotels here there’s a clutch of tavernas, but most people go to Kos Town for dinner. The swish eating places serve up the local Symi shrimps fried and coated in tomatoey sauce in seafood platters and pasta. These tiny pink prawns are so delicate and melt-in-the-mouth that you can eat them with the shell on.
