Escape to the Scape Park ecological reserve
Scape Park is an enormous nature reserve filled with caves, grottoes and natural pools, including the famous Hoyo Azul – the ‘blue hole’. This crystal-clear lagoon is found at the foot of a towering limestone cliff. Dip your toes or dive right in – the water’s refreshingly cool. Elsewhere, you can soak up the scenery on a walking trail, or get stuck in with adrenaline-fuelled activities, like zip-lining or dune buggy riding.
