With 5 outdoor pools, 5 restaurants and 2 private coves, the numbers really add up at this whitewashed hotel.
At this bumper hotel, whitewashed buildings step down through bougainvillea-filled gardens towards 2 private coves. On the way, there’s a selection box of swimming pools.
This place doesn’t stint on anything. For a start, it’s got 5 restaurants. Then there’s the huge checklist of bars. And activity-wise, the hotel lays on everything from archery to canoeing.

Great Family Holiday
ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN Arrived late on 16th October 2016. Check in was easy, was asked to fill in a form with all family details on and was then advised where the room was what bar was open to have something to eat as we had been travelling all day and the cost of the safe which was 20 Euro for a week. Was also given 4 cards for beach towels that could be handed in at a pool bar. The towels can be exchanged for fresh towels whenever needed. After check in you a taken to your room with your cases and shown how the lights and electricity work in the room. ROOM - 516 Was small however was just adequate for a family of 4 with young children ages 3 and 7. Room was also clean and tidy with a air conditioning unit and doors and a window to a small balcony area. Cretan Village - Hotel Nana Beach Grounds Is stunning well kept very clean and tidy, around the whole village are baskets and bowls for empty glasses and cigarette buds to be put in once finished with. This Hotel and grounds is more than just a Hotel its a friendly community. Resturants. We did not go to any a la carte restaurants so I cannot comment on these. However we regularly went to Thelassa restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner which is close to the beach. Tomas the host was very polite and welcomed you and took you to your table on every visit. The food I personally found very good and always warm and topped up. Also fresh Meats being cooked at dinner and Omelettes and Pancakes for Breakfast. Pool area and Soft play area. With young kids we spent a lot of out time around the children's pool and soft play area. These areas are fantastic for young children. Also above the children's play area there is a snack bar serving drinks, slushes, fish fingers, chicken nuggets and also ice creams. The snack bar below the soft play area which is a separate pool serves toasties, chips and pizzas also drinks. Just to summaries these areas are fantastic and will make your holiday. Entertainment = Yassou Nana and entertainment team. Even though you can see these work tirelessly I found this part of the holiday the biggest disappointment, The children's disco even though instructions are given in English this is as far as the English goes. All the songs are in German I believe possibly a couple in Greek. The shows after are limited at best so I spent 5 out of 7 nights just relaxing in the main bar by reception. This is the area I believe the biggest improvement needs to be made. All Inclusive. This is just awesome, you will never go hungry or Thirsty in Hotel Nana Beach, they even allow you drinks to go back to your room at the end of the night. To summaries a fantastic holiday where all the staff at Hotel Nana Beach work tirelessly and will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. Thank you all at Nana Beach for the fantastic holiday.More
No way should it be called platinum holiday
Limited food choices Not good for vegetarian Wines as part of AI best for vinegar Seems like too much effort for staff to help out with anything They make you feel you they are doing you a favour Not good timings towel collections for people who want to go on tours Very dated with reception sofas ready for dumping in the nearest skip Wi-Fi charges a rip off as it was very slow and sometimes wouldn't allow to sign out as it reverted it greek Too many Germans Couldn't wait to get home ......... 1 week holiday in September with 4 adults. Issues with the room being too small but quickly resolved and changed to better and bigger room; We booked a bungalow and thought this would be sufficient for 4 of us. Resort is beautifully made and maintained by the hard working staff around the resort. Greek night was the best!!! Big thanks to Manuel (think that's it, man in the bar near the pool) Dimitri (very funny during our Greek restaurant visit) and Aaron,Pepe & Pedro with their yassou nana! But also thanks to everyone at Nana beach for providing a lovely holiday for us! See you next year!x Lee,Paula,Zoe and Jade More
Rooms smelly but clean and well equipped. Swimming pool was lovely and near the beach . You had to cross the road to get to the beach which was ok but quite dirty. Restaurant on the beach from hotel wasn't great thou and food was cold when it arrived . We didn't eat at hotel again and walked along road which was dark and very quiet to find other places to eat. Food there really good and cheap . Staff at hotel were friendly and helpful . Made awesome cocktails too . More
