Good location. Terrible beds and pillows.

We had four nights and the best thing is the central location. The room is small. The bathroom door hits the bed when opened. Thats how small the room is.
The twin beds are appalling. Super soft mattresses and the worst pillows Ive ever experienced.
The room was stuffy and too hot. The bathroom is good. Excellent shower.
The reception staff were efficient and pleasant.
We didnt have breakfast so cant comment ...

My partner and I stayed here in August, it was a gift as she'd booked Scooter for us to see in concert as my Christmas present. (My childhood dream)
Apparently the hotel is central, it is NOT! there was very little around the hotel, shops, restaurants, pubs, etc.
The staff on our first night stay were nice enough, they tried to help us arrange where to go for food as we hadn't ate since the airport that morning, h...

This hotel was a little gem central to all the tourist stuff me and my sister had wanted to visit, food options near by were decent.
The room was spotless however it could do with a mini fridge to keep juice cool and anything else, but all in all it was spotless and it was comfortable
The staff in reception were very helpful with anything asked and we both had a lovely time...

Hospitality was a 10 outta of 10. No mini fridge in the room & the room was definitely small for two people & luggage. However, very clean & direct access from a clean safe well lit parking garage was also a huge win. Was a pleasant stay. ...

Great location for exploring the city, staff helpful & friendly breakfast good choice help yourself buffet style plentiful.
Room adequate with a good shower & fluffy towels.
It rained heavily whist there but good sized hotel umbrellas allowed us to get around the city without getting drenched.
Clean basic hotel bit like premier inns in Uk all in all we couldnt fault it.
