From one hand - very friendly staff, and condition generally is fine, location is very very nice, near metro and in the middle of the city.
From the other hands - they had a problem with water and breakfast was organized literally in the basement in the corridor and some rooms. It was odd.

Excellent location, clean and tidy ( and warm) very helpful staff not really much more to say, dont expect luxury but I knew that already but the place was spotless and had everything that I needed,didnt try breakfast so cant comment,a few bars and restaurants close by and if you cut through the alley next to the Spanish restaurant theres a Netto supermarket which is open until midnight,a great base for exploring...

Good hotel in a very good location. Most places of interest around a 30 min walk away or by underground which is only a 5 min walk away.
Exterior is clean. Lobby facing doors with approachable and knowledgeable staff. A small bar is available next to check in
Rooms were of good size with en suite. Comfortable mattress on beds. Amenities available for tea or coffee in room

The welcome on arrival was warm and friendly and the reception staff were very helpful with any queries we had.
The hotel is ideally located only 3 minute walk from the Spittelmarkt underground and within easy walking distance of all the major tourist sights.

Nice and quiet place, even if there were many guests. Rooms ok for this price level; our room felt fresh and comfortable, though it could have been more spacious.
Very friendly service! Very, very nice breakfast!
Only minus is that the bath towels reeked of some wannabe-flower scented detergent....
