Staff was excellent. Really large rooms. High ceilings. It was a very comfortable stay. Great location. It was walking distance to many shopping options. We didn't take breakfast but it was looking really good. There was a small kitchen unit in the room with everything you might need....

I tried to order room service during the advertised times but was told they were not allowed feeding the services.

I tried to order room service during the advertised times and was told the service was not available (closed). I had to resort to the even more overly priced junk snacks in the room fridge as a result. Very disappointing, needles to say. Not sure if I will book this hotel again....

Excellent Kudamm hotel

Fantastic hotel. So glad we picked this hotel out of the wide choice in Berlin. We stayed in the superior loft room which is spacious and comfortable, and come with a kitchen including hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Bedroom can also be divided off with sliding doors.
The staff are very welcoming and efficient.

Fabulous hotel. Clean . Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Location is absolutely brilliant. Close to the train station. Loads of really good places to eat. Plenty of mom and pop places. Good value...

We had a wonderful stay. The room was excellentspacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was large and cozy, and the bathroom was well-equipped. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything in perfect condition throughout our stay.
