No Dutch Chanel on number 49 on the television. On 49 is a French Chanel: Monaco

It is a good hotel with a very good breakfast. Although I asked several times were I can find the dutch canal BVN. They answered every time that this can be found on Canal 49. But this is NOT BVN. Canal 49 is Channel Monaco. In french. Not in Dutch.

I rented 2 rooms for 15-nights totaling aprox $6,000 in March 2025. Im 55-years old. I came to Berlin with my 85-year old Dad so that I could undergo complicated voice box surgery.

The location is very central, there is a metro station entrance right next to it, right in the middle of the shopping area. There was plenty of variety in breakfast. We were also satisfied with the room we stayed in. I was ok with this hotel I visited during the fair....

I was thrilled by the front old building and the way it has been preserved. The lobby and reception area is welcoming and very spacious. Reception staff during check-in was very professional, and he exuded so much positivity and warmth. Have just returned from a 5 night stay at H10 Berlin. We stayed in room 701. The hotel was great, very clean, modern, perfect location and most of all super friendly staff with a special mention for Miriam, Vanessa and Michelle at reception and also 2 male receptionists whose names I forget , one with glasses from the canaries and the other tall, with glasses and originally from Colombia.
