Lovely hotel

This hotel was really good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was lovely..plenty of hot water too. Breakfast was really nice and also a relaxed atmosphere. Good location too. Very close to the u bahn stations too. Staff kindly phoned a taxi for us to go into town on our 2nd last day as there was a public transport strike. Just one of those things but didn't in any way spoil our break....

An absolutely unprofessional receptionist without a name badge, who can be rude and then, in collusion with the manager, simply cancel your reservation without a refund. She will try to dictate how you should speak, and even in a commanding tone. Of course, I concluded that the employee has some mental issues. But why should customers suffer? I stayed at the Two Hotel for 4 nights. It's a very welcoming hotel, the reception staff are brilliant especially Valentina. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. A good sized bathroom too. Breakfasts are taken on the 7th floor and are buffet style with plenty of choice with good views across the city. My room was cleaned every day. Guntzelstras...
