The hotel itself has a cool self service concept to it. Check in is completed online, there is no one behind the reception desk. You can unlock your room from you phone and the lights are controlled by a tap screen. Mirror had a built in radio which was pretty good. Bed was okay, pillows were pretty flat and you were given only 2 for a double bed, I had to fold my pillow to give it some volume. What tarnished our ex...

The room was very well equipped and even had a working refrigerator. The bed/double mattress was also very comfortable and provided excellent sleeping comfort. The bathroom was very clean and there was no mold in the corners or shower cubicle. BUT:

Things to know:
- You need a code to enter the front door. Make sure to check in online BEFORE you get to the hotel. Otherwise, you'll be standing outside until someone shows up with the code.
- No one is at the front desk. At least I never saw a human.
- You can drop your bag off (if you've checked in earlier and can enter the building) with a code via the website after you check in. No person provided.

Terrible experience,
Tiny room, breakfast a joke , hot meals were cold. Spa opening times 3-9 , times when youre not there!! Nothing much nearby, thank god theres a metro nearby.
On the last day the receptionist says cant leave luggage there, despite saying the day before that it would be no problem. so we had to haul luggage around all day for our late flight....
