A Hygiene Disaster Completely Unacceptable
I stayed here on a business trip and was genuinely shocked by the state of this hotel. The first room I was given looked like it hadnt seen a cleaner since the 1980sfilthy and clearly neglected.
After complaining, I was moved to a so-called clean room, only to find disgusting stains all over the toilet. At first, I honestly thought I was being pranked. Staff kept resp...

Had a wonderful stay for my birthday and really enjoyed this hidden hideaway. The staff were all fantastic, very helpful and attentive and made sure we were enjoying our visit to the city.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool, despite it being far from Berlin centre. When we arrived, we were told by reception that the pool was out of use for 4 months. No one notified us, and it was still being advertised with a pool. We got to the room and there was dried bogies on the wall and then to add insult to injury, we stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once. We returned on day 3 to a Do no...

Extremely disappointing

Booked this place for the pool/spa and was told on arrival it will be shut for 4 months. Guests should have been notified in andvance of this to give them a chance to book elsewhere. Also the restaurant was shut too. No compensation of any kind was offered. Terrible experience all round, I recommend booking elsewhere....

Nowhere to eat in the evening

We found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok - nothing special. The pool was nice if a little on the cool side.
Fabulous shower in the room.
Only complaint is that we had to make a 20 minute journey at night with our child to get anything to eat. It wouldve been so much better/helpful if the hotel provided some hot food in the evenings, especially for families. ...
