This would be a great hotel if they would have a service at the level of a 5 stars. Their behaviour to the customer is simply abysmal. We come here 4 to 6 times a year, and I am ambassador diamond with IHG

Our weekend stay at the InterContinental Berlin was excellent from start to finish and set a high benchmark for city-centre hospitality. This was a real treat for a weary road warrior (and his wife) in every regard. The superlatives at this excellent hotel put it ar the top of our many stays at this brand. From the friendly, efficient, and professional staff to our incredibly comfortable suite (with a great bed!) we were impressed. From arrival to saying goodbye the intercontinental does not disappoint. the staff are exceptional and if nothing else would make this a definite return. The hotel is well situated for shops and local attractions and the pleasant stroll through the park for the Brandenburg Gate, in addition to the local Christmas market close by.
