Even though the reception was supposed to be open until 10 p.m., at 9:20 p.m. we were refused check-in and our reservation was canceled.
We stayed out of hotel with our baggages
Not recomend to anyone

surcharges 200 euros + taxes 98 euros - suspicious payments via whats up not via booking.

We had the most fantastic new years' stay at Sana Berlin. The hotel was amazing - very stylish, spotlessly clean and the facilities were excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring all of the highlights of Berlin. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, we loved it....

Room was lovely with a great powerful shower. Nice coffee machine in room. Breakfast was great; wonderful selection of breads, pastries, fruit, meats, cheeses. Every possible taste is catered for, good hot food too, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, meatballs, mushrooms! There was also a great coffee station with a bottle of Baileys to liven your coffee.
