Room was lovely with a great powerful shower. Nice coffee machine in room. Breakfast was great; wonderful selection of breads, pastries, fruit, meats, cheeses. Every possible taste is catered for, good hot food too, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, meatballs, mushrooms! There was also a great coffee station with a bottle of Baileys to liven your coffee.

The hotel is centrally located with an amazing Vietnamese and Açai restaurant nearby. The rooms were modern with great smart televisions, however the heat in the rooms was unbearable! The swimming pool was an oversized bathtub and nothing like the pictures when we went the first time there were at least 30 people fighting to use the facilities so we left!...

Wonderfull hotel
Very nice workers, we got everything we asked for with a smile.
Special thanks to Liza at the bar who took care of our family. We had a big table she arranged everything for our comfort
And of course the cocktails were amazing!!

A wonderful stay at the Sana hotel City West Berlin. As soon as you walk in - everything is just right here: attentive and helpful staff, quick and friendly check in/out, a pleasant atmosphere.

Advertising themselves as a 4-star hotel, I think they really struggle to maintain that. I had some issues, and while they were resolved, it seemed that there was no manager on duty, despite there being about six people behind the reception desk. When I asked, they looked at each other like "who's gonna do it?"
