We had an enjoyable 5 night stay here.
Good location for seeing the sights. Many within short walking distance, and if you don't fancy the longer walk to others, it's close to the bus route.
The lobby is stunning, the Gallery Bar is a relaxing place to enjoy a drink, the rooms are clean with plenty of storage space, dinner in the restaurant is delicious and the rooftop pool area is a haven.

Super art deco hotel. Booked after looking at reviews on Tripadvisor and Expedia. Room was as advertised, double queen etc., view was of an internal courtyard but that wasnt an issue. Unlike some of the negative reviews of this hotel our bedding was changed when we asked for it (we were there for four nights), the towels were changed daily and the air con was superb. Brilliant hotel- would highly recommend
We had a 5 night stay in Budapest at the Continental Hotel Budapest. We chose this hotel mostly due to the fact it has fantastic swimming facilities.
We found reading the Tripadvisor reviews before we went really helpful in knowing the quality of the hotel and also top tips on how to get there etc from airport.
Airport- get the airport shuttle bus 100E for 2,200 Hungarian...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Continental Hotel. It's in a perfect location, room was comfortable, all staff were pleasant and helpful. We didn't have any meals other than breakfast but the choice was extremely varied and plentiful. As we had not been to Budapest before we asked staff for directions etc and they were very helpful by providing maps, bus routes etc. We would definitely recommend....
