Nice hotel in Good location!!

Had no issues during my 2 night stay at this hotel
Only interactions i had with staff was check-in and check-out and found the staff to be friendly and professional.
Location was good pretty much walking distance to most of the attractions.
Room was absolutely fine and comfortable but maybe showing signs of heavy footfall at the hotel.
Room rate was competitive and would stay here again....

Location great, rooms clean and very quiet, guys on reception & bar very mannerly & helpful. But unfortunately the girls in breakfast room, seemed to be more interested in how they looked rather than doing their job, breakfast on two mornings was a shambles, seemingly a tour of European visitors had cleaned the breakfast out, staff had nothing to replenish with and no staff member was bothered, it was disgusting ta...

Stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas markets. The entrance to the hotel was clean and smart. We were too early to access our rooms, however we were able to leave our luggage to explore the city. Hotel is in a good location. Not too close to the centre so its noisy but an easy walk to the markets or if you'd rather ,the are transport options very close by. Very pleasant experience in terms of staff and the comfortability of the room. Slight issue was the first room was right above the restaurant area and you can hear the chairs from about 7am when breakfast opens. Breakfast is filling and does the job until you are hungry enough for your next meal. Decent distance to restaurants in the immediate area and close to a section of the Danube River. Stayed at Mamara hotel for 3 nights, I contacted the hotel before arriving due to reviews Id read bout hotel being on a busy road and keeping guests awake so asked if 4 rooms Id booked could be away from main road which my request was fulfilled.
