Stayed here from Monday till today. I was very dubious as had read some unfavourable reviews. Nice welcome on arrival, room small but cosy...just a couple of criticisms..the room could do with a little TLC..re towels,bedding although clean looked a bit dingy, breakfast was ok and generally enjoyed our stay...such a popular, busy hotel that could be even better!...

City was as beautiful and amazing as ever but the hotel I wouldn't recommend.

We booked here as a last minute mini moon. The hotel was rated a four start I honestly don't know how it has no restaurant just a breakfast room it has a tiny lobby bar that the receptionist runs as needed.
There is no extra services on this hotel no pool or spa. We stayed on the top floor and the smell of sewage coming from the shower drain was sickening. Our towels were replaced daily and that was it.

Lovely hotel, nice and warm throughout which was lovely to walk into after a long day out. Staff very friendly, clean throughout and in the bedroom, serviced everyday, stayed 5 nights and the sheets weren't changed. Close to nearby shops and restaurants, used bolt taxis, quick and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend and would return if in budapest. Thank you for a great stay....

This is a very nice hotel with a good atmosphere. I would like to highlight on of the receptionist colleague, who was really helpful and kind. All of the hotel members were nice and attentive. The breakfast was rich. All in all, everything was perfect....

everything was great except for the pull out couch in my room. Very old and bad on the back. Otherwise 5 stars...
