Booked hotel for sister birthday was told that there would a welcome in the room to celebrate her birthday but nothing was there also wanted rooms next door to each other but I was on the floor above after complaining got moved to the same floor but 10 doors away...

Very central to all amenities and transport.
The Parliment Building is 10 min walk away. We bought 72 hours ticket that also help, covers travel from the airport to the hotel and back - route 200E and line 3 of the metro absolutely worth it as you can use it fir 3 dats for all transport in Budapest. Brealfast was ok, but not a lof of choice for English breakfast if you used to it. Plenty of bakery items, very tast...

Easy to get too from the airport. Chap at airport gave you slip for taxi and 30 mins later at hotel.
People at reception were very helpful in organising a taxi for back to airport.
Hotel was nice and clean and airy.
The room wife and her friend was lovely.
Nice and clean and fresh towels everyday.
The hotel was 10 mins from the river Danube and easy walking distance to historical sights.

The Hotel is ideally located for walking to most locations. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean and tidy and rooms warm and welcoming. There is a wonderful restaurant just across the street called Matula....

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights had a great stay great room and breakfast staff lovely very friendly location great to see all the sites...
