The worst experience we ever had in 200+ hotels we stayed in.

The worst reception stuff I have ever met, room is old, TV from the 80s, very bad wifi. The receptionist literally told me outloud you booked the room with very good price!!! And she did not let us check in unless we change our booked studio to 2 bedroom apartment which we diffenetly dont need to. She kept us 3 hours in the reception with 2 kids till we checked in. Horrible experience...

Good Hotel, well worth a stay

Generally the hotel was great. Comfy bed with a selection of pillows. A small kitchenette was available. Shower was great.
Good location attached to the New York Cafe, next to the metro or about 25 minute walk to the tourist areas.
We had to wait to check-in and the safe in the room was not actually attached to the wall. The fire door on the 5th floor to the stairs and lift was not secured so banged shut every time ...

We as a family of three stayed in this hotel/apartment for four nights and we had a great time. We took an apartment with a terrace (though we got a suite with a balcony ) but it had everything. No complaints/regrets at all. The bed was big and very comfortable. We had one sofa/bed for the child. Nice kitchenette, a huge bathroom with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a locker, big wardrobes, two televisio...

Great stay in Budapest.

We had a great stay here for two nights of a longer rail trip. Our apartment was lovely (and we got an upgrade). Although not long into our trip it was great to be able to wash a few clothes. The apartment was bright and spacious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Another bonus was that our room was ready on arrival - having come direct from a night on a sleeper train it was good to be able to freshen up....

Far exceeded our expectations!

Everything you want and need in a large city hotel were there. The staff could not have been more helpful, the excellent room was, if fact, a mini suite and the breakfast was first-class.
As this was out first visit to Budapest a trip around the city on the circular open-top bus enabled us to orientate ourselves and the bus stop was only 200m from the hotel.
We would have no hesitation in returning....
