An OK hotel but could do better
Travelled on 05/2026
Access a little difficult as coach couldn't get near the hotel. Also, the hotel has steps at the entrance (no lift) so difficult for the elderly or people with mobility issues. There is a small ramp but even that would be difficult. No help offered by staff.
Breakfast was poor, there is no restaurant and the only snacks available were frozen panninis and frozen pizza and a few cakes....

3 nights April stay in Studio apartment.

Good hotel and is very central and easy to get to from the airport. We had a massive studio room. It does get noisy at night ( mostly police sirens) as some other reviews say but what do you expect as you're in the middle of Budapest! 2 min walk to Trams, Metro and a Lidl. 20 minute walk to the river. Would stay here again as great value and friendly staff...

The room was spacious and had a bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The amenities were good, as was the option of having breakfast at the New York Café. The connection between the hotel and the café was convenient, and the staff were ready to help. The only disadvantage was the distance from the city centre. If you are a light sleeper, don't choose a room overlooking the avenue, as the police drills will keep you...

Spacious apartment stay in a great location near shops, restaurants, river. Stove, microwave, even a washing machine. Make sure you have the breakfast at adjoining New York Cafe set in a Palace. ...

An enjoyable stay in a nice hotel

A nice hotel, very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Csandad. We had a street view room which was quite noisy due to the traffic, but still an enjoyable stay....
