Brilliant Apartment Hotel

Stayed at NH Collection Budapest for a month whilst working on a major film project.Fantastic location right in the centre. Every where is walking distance. Metro line 2 is two mins away. Great shops, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities all close by.
The apartment was absolutely amazing. Very comfortable bed, nice and warm.Very spacious. Kitchen, oven and utensils all perfectly fine and clean. Nice size fridge...

Disappointed expectation

We are at this very moment staying at the NH Collection City Center Budapest, where we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As loyal members of the NH chain, we are extremely disappointed with this hotel, which does not meet the quality standards we are accustomed to. We have stayed at several NH hotels in the past, and none has ever disappointed us as much as the one in Budapest.

very good hotel. I would return. the room was big and comfortable, the bath it's not close enough and water goes outside the bath.

My stay was excellent as always! The room was spacious, quiet, and impeccably cleanvery well maintained with great amenities.
​The staff really make this place special. Everyone I encountered in the hotel, spa, and bar was kind and helpful. A special thank you to Zita, who gave me such a warm welcome in the spa; it was amazing that she remembered me even after not seeing her for over a year!

The staff was extremely professional and kind throughout our stay. They have acknowledged our anniversary and have kindly treated us with desserts, while carefully accommodating our serious allergens. All of our asks for the room were met in a timely fashion and all interactions with the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Budapest....
