Excellent location.
Staff very friendly.
Extremely clean.
Rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable.
Breakfast buffet had a huge selection.
Walking distance to the city center (10 min walk).
Highly recommend.

I stayed at Novotel Budapest Centrum on May 1st and was genuinely surprised at how poorly things were managed for a hotel under the Accor brand. From the moment I arrived, the service felt disorganized and indifferent. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested no warm welcome, no information offered unless asked directly.

The hotel is clean, spacious and modern. Its located in a beautiful building in the centre of the Hungarian capital. The dining room is quite spectacular. The buffet breakfast has great variety. Its also very close to Metro line 2. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us change rooms, because of the loud traffic of the Main Street. Amazing stay!...

Central localization with a walking distance to all main attractions. Big and nice renovated rooms with a very comfortable bed. However, breakfast is extremely average and in case you would like to get something different way they charge extra or forget about your order :(
For a long time it was my favorite spot in Budapest probably time to change or may give the second chance....

Very nice refurbished rooms, but beware hot and no real Aircon

The location is very central with loads of public transportation nearby to get anywhere in the city. Reception are very friendly and helpful, this will soon be changed into a Movenpick hotel ( and Ibet prices will go up!) .
It's recently been refurbished and it is a delightful inside the corridors are like a green colour and rooms with high ceilings-and very nicely done out.
