This is a very good hotel that is situated excellently for all of the toirist attractions with a lot of food and drink available close by.
The staff were excellent at all times and the bar was very reasonably priced. The breakfast each day was varied and well stocked, the quality was what you would expect.
The room was on the small side but still excellent. The "window" between the bathroom and bed was interesting ...

Four-Night Disaster

We spent four nights at this hotel, and I have to say it was a total disaster. The rooms were in terrible condition, with peeling walls, dark as a cave, and a cigarette smell that made it hard to breathe. But the worst part? For three whole days, no one bothered to clean the room! And when they finally changed the towels on the last day, we came back to find that a Versace perfume and a pair of AirPods were missing. ...

What is their criteria for allotment of rooms in A and B Wings, is a mystery!
We were a group of 3 families. They allotted 2 rooms adjacent in the A Wing but the third room in B Wing! Whats the point of travelling together if we cannot stay adjacent to each other? After taking up the matter with my agent, I was told by him that we will get to change our room to A Wing!

After reading a few reviews, we were not looking forward to our stay looking at it. We were one of the lucky ones definitely not a four star, I would say three star Rooms are very small but out of clean and tidy we found the breakfast okay for us and the staff we found very friendly and helpful...

The hotel looks a bit out of place in the street it's located, which might cause some people concern. But as a place to stay, it's ideal. Very close to bus, tram and metro links which will take you all over the city, lots of eating places nearby, and a 24 hour store next door for those little bits you forgot or run out of.
