Great hotel for a city break

Great hotel for a city break. Great location and a 3 min walk across the roads to get the tram into the city. Great basic breakfast included too. Room was lovely and clean too. We would recommend to anyone coming away for a city break to use it as a good base for exploring....

The temperature regulation in the room does not work
The temperature could only be regulated by opening the door out to the noisy street
The bed is hard and not good to sleeping in
There are no restaurant in the hotel
Only breakfast is served, not worth the money...

Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. They offer luggage storage service. I specifically like the breakfast area and with coffee machine in the lobby. The only drawback is the hotel is located away from city centre and seems near a rundown area....

Reviews on here complaining about the location. Well do your homework before you book it.
Trams and bus stop right outside the hotel. If you dont mind walking its around a 20-25 minute walk into the city centre.
The hotel is very basic but if youre only using it as a base then no problem as the staff are friendly and the rooms are neat and tidy.

We arrived at the hotel mid afternoon, expecting just to bag drop and go and explore but we were super surprised when a room was ready, unfortunately the travel company had allocated us a twin room, but the friendly gentleman on the front desk was able to sort this out & even gave us a choice of a balcony or courtyard room.
