Great location and excellent service from Alfonso on reception. We visited all of his recommendations during our stay. The room had everything we needed, I have only marked down by one star as it was very hot and we couldn't get the thermostat to work so opened windows instead. My friends and I just returned from a marvellous stay at this hotel. Roland on reception was very helpful and had great English. He gave great directions and advice and the reception area was a light and gorgeous place to hang out. My daughter and I needed a room as an emergency because our apartment renovation wasn't ready for us to move in. And thankfully, they had a room available for us for 4 days. It's a beautiful hotel. Excellent location. You're right near Vorosmarty ter, Vaci utca, and the Danube. The rooms are clean, the customer service is good, and their beds are comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous hotel.
Fantastic location, 2 minutes from the Danube,2 minutes from the shopping area and most importantly, 1 minute to the Christmas markets .
Beautiful reception area , friendly easy check in .
