Booked a 2 night refundable stay at this hotel, but due to some medical emergency of close relative couldnt visit the hotel. Emailed and called the hotel 1 day after the day of arrival to request if they can cancel the reservation and try to refund some money. But didnt get any help. Im not saying they did completely wrong, they did follow the policy, but at the same time called another small chain hotel in Cologn...

Had a wonderful time in Cologne, and this hotel is fabulous. About a 5-8 min walk from the train station. The room was large and had everything we needed. The management at this hotel need to recognize what a wonderful employee Pamala is.. very friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and found us a table every morning we were there. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have had with a huge assortment of foods....

Lovely staff and convenient to Cologne Station

Great receptionist who was working on her own yet managed to field phone calls and arriving guests. She found us two double sheets to use instead of the winter duvet.
When we enquired next morning as we we leaving, we were told that Hyatt dont supply summer bedding. A bit crazy!
The breakfast was great, Pamela and Hisham were so welcoming and helpful as we negotiated the buffet. Everything was in beautiful order, ...

The gym in connection with the hotel is super.
I knew what to expect, as I had been previously - it is the hotel of choice for me when in Cologne. Easy to get to from the main train station by foot and easy to go to my events from by foot. The neighboring police station has a calming effect too....
