Great receptionist who was working on her own yet managed to field phone calls and arriving guests. She found us two double sheets to use instead of the winter duvet.
When we enquired next morning as we we leaving, we were told that Hyatt dont supply summer bedding. A bit crazy!

The gym in connection with the hotel is super.
I knew what to expect, as I had been previously - it is the hotel of choice for me when in Cologne. Easy to get to from the main train station by foot and easy to go to my events from by foot. The neighboring police station has a calming effect too....

Room is lovely. Twin beds in room were spacious and super comfortable. Windows can open wide or air conditioning is effective. Staff are helpful and friendly (thank you to Pamela and lady on reception who remembered us from last year). Breakfast is great. Good location, excellent breakfast that serves late in the morning, super clean and great to have access to gym/sauna/small pool...suggest you ask to turn the sauna on 20mins before use. Was perfect for our group of 15 people. Helpful staff too....
