The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. We had not booked breakfast initially but decided to go for it. We were so glad as the breakfast experience is one of the best we have experienced. The team are lovely (especially Pamela) and the breadth of food and drink options were excellent. Quality fresh food!...

Pleasant stay at the Lindner Hotel Cologne for the Christmas Markets.

The Lindner Hotel is on a quiet side street a short walk from the train station and Cologne Cathedral. The rooms are a good size, we had two comfy single beds, plenty of storage, TV, safe, air conditioning and coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom was a good size had a shower over the bath and hair dryer. All very clean.

Location is perfect! Room was clean, breakfast was great! Only negative point was the heating in our room... it was too cold when we came in and was not possible to get the room to a nice temperature....

We had an awful experience at this hotel. The Wi-Fi DOES NOT work, the pillows are paper thin - we requested 2 additional pillows 4 times and were ignored, the TV in the room did not turn on, and our room was not cleaned or serviced at all during our 3-day stay....

I stayed at Lindner Hotel Cologne Am Dom and, frankly, this property should be an embarrassment to be associated with the Hyatt brand.
From the moment you arrive, the experience is unsettling. The hotel is located in a very dark, dingy area. While it is next to a police stationwhich should feel reassuringthe surroundings themselves feel uncomfortable rather than safe.
