Unfair charge

The worst hotel in Düsseldorf.
The will charge your card after check out without good reasons. For example they charged 150 euro for me . Charged about smoking and i didnt smoke anyway.
Please dont book any room here. And they have party in bar every weekend and you cant sleep...

we stayed here over new years and we were super happy. the vibe was cool, the rooms were clean and the staff was great, helpful and friendly. the bar was open 24/7 (it really was) and the drinks were also tasty. we didnt have breakfast but it looked good. the only thing that was a little strange was how loud it was in the room during the day. we think it was the vents because it was extremely windy when it was loud a...

Excellent, kind and thoughtful staff; Jenny, Thomas and Adrianna gave us a lovely welcome upon check in and advices on notable places to eat and also great service at the bar!
The hotel has a cool, quirky vibe. Nice decor and spacious rooms. Would recommend and visit again when in Düsseldorf....
