Didnt get the room we paid for!

We didnt get the room that the website advertised. We were expecting a sofa in the room but there wasnt one. Dont advertise that every room has one if it doesnt ! We luck to chill with a drink in the evening and we had to sit on the metal chair or bed. First world problems I know but we saved to go and paid for a special room to not get what we were expecting.
Noisy in the early hours due to local construction....

Excellent Stay at Ruby Leni Hotel

I had a really positive experience at Ruby Leni Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming special thanks to Donatella, Jesus, and Tin for their great hospitality.
We were a group of people, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hotel is in a quiet area, with several nice restaurants nearby and easy access to the main road.

Very clean and fun hotel. Staff exceptionally friendly. A special shout out to Sam, who greeted us with excellent English and a warm and friendly welcome. She gave great advice on where to go and what to see, and she also makes great cocktails. Cedric and Susi were also very friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay here on a return visit to Düsseldorf. You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel....

Hotel was great location, clean modern yet quirky but issues with noise so lack of sleep was painful
Construction next door starting demolition works early morning from 7am mid week was not the issue but on the Friday night it sounded like a street party from club bar opposite all night and it was relentless so no sleep until about 3.30am when it quietened , was glad to check out on the Saturday as Im not sure I co...

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Thomas at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming, and Abdallah went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Thanks for making it such a pleasant experience!...
