A hotel I would not choose again despite its convenient location

There are 2 things that come into my mind when I recall this stay: very small rooms and very poor breakfast compared to any other hotel of this class I have ever stayed in Germany. A welcoming lobby and friendly staff have been on the plus side but not enough to reverse my general feeling....

We had a really nice time in this hotel.The room is nice and quiet, and the bar is special,also you can see the greatful view in your room.Jesus,Mo and Davide at the hotel staff are very friendly.Mo really gives us so many help.We will choose this hotel next time....

Nice hotel with a fantastic location.

We stayed two nights at the hotel
Check-in was easy especially after on-line registration.
Very attractive lobby and bar area.
Nice room with good bed bedding and a spacious bath room.
Breakfast offered a good choice of bread, eggs, meat and cheeses.
Our accompanying son had a bad night and the people at the reception (Dominik Mourad and Lucas Emmi) were so friendly to arrange a late check-out.

We have stayed in various hotels in Düsseldorf and the Ruby Luna ranks among the best. From check-in to check-out the staff were excellent. Helpful, pleasant and provided a great customer service. A credit to the hotel.
The rooms are modern, clean and a good size. My only criticism is that although there are two wardrobes, there are no drawers, so only a couple of high shelves for your clothes. Not a problem for...

When we arrived, the heating system in our room was broken. It felt close to or above 30 degrees in our room. When we told the hotel they turned off our heating system and told us we should open the window. Since it was already past 2300 the hotel said they could at least refund our breakfast, in the morning we could speak to the manager. After a terrible ni...
