Check in was bit stressful as initially offered a room without a safety deposit box, however, I was later offered a room with the safety deposit box, as its a norm for any 3 or 4 star hotel to include a safety deposit box.
Positives: 1- Clean rooms with a mini fridge and nice toilets 2- Excellent location, 1 minute walk to Rewe grocery store which has everything at local prices, and good transport links to Frankfu...

No air conditioning but was a reasonable room for the price. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the staff was great! They stayed open just for us. Best schnitzel we had all trip!

Things didn't start off well, to be honest. The guy at the front desk "couldn't find" the reservation and we spent a good five minutes discussing this with him while showing him confirmation numbers, credit cards, etc. Finally he decided to look in a drawer and miraculously found the reservation. We finally found the hotel as the GPS kept sending us to the back wall. We then checked in to find that the hotel had no service, no towel change, no room service, and no AC. none of which we expected even during COVID times knowing that we had just been on the road for 10 days and this was our fourth hotel. I love this location because of the history. The room were very clean and the breakfast was very delicious with a good variety. The Location was very quiet but zentral for discovering Frankfurt. Only 15 Minutes to Frankfurt....
