Very nice hotel well situated in the city of Geneva. Close to the train station and several restaurants within walking distance of different cuisines to enjoy. The room was comfortable. Beds were comfy spacious enough for two. Breakfast was adequate. Give the staff tremendous props as they wear many hats between the front desk and the breakfast area. Stay in Ibis Geneve Centre Lac for two nights as we enjoyed a city break. We were very impressed with the hotel. Firstly excellent location...roughly five minute walk to Lake Geneva, train station and bus station. Reception and breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequate for our stay and provided us with a comfortable nights sleep. Good shower/bathroom. Left luggage is self explanatory ...

Blatant prostitution

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was ok, my room was clean and comfortable however .... I have never been anywhere before (I'm an avid traveller)where prostitution is so blatant! These individuals were constantly around the hotel, the pimps stood at the top of the road, the traffic after dark is heavy due to curb crawling, and the number of illegals loitering constantly and from my perspective...

I stayed here for 1 week, from 28/1/26 to 4/2/26, and it was my 2nd time here in 2 years. It is only a 30 min car ride from the airport, and it is within walking distance of most things youll need in Geneva, train station (5 mins away) Lake Geneva (5mins away) shops, restaurants, (very close by) Geneva town centre (10 minutes walk away) etc, etc. The staff are magnificent, and very helpfull. Dont stay here!! The street noise is unbelievable, even with windows closed. Lots of shouting and crowds of people even at 1 am....
