Good base for sight seeing

Booked this hotel last minute for a city break in Hamburg. The hotel was easy to reach using the S & U bahn trains and then walking around 10 minutes.
Check in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel has an on kiosk shop so if you need to get a drink or snack if arriving late there are a few options there. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. My only complaint is the lamps...

We really enjoyed our stay here recently. Our room, overlooking the racecourse was quite large, very clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast was plentiful and very good. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar where drink prices were And very good piece...

Bad Hotel

Loud environment, bad food , never again, nothing more to say. Take care of the parking ground, if you do a mistake with your license plate it will be horrible expensive. You will get no support by the hotel....

This hotel is one of the best in Hamburg. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Yara from the front desk she is very professional and exceptionally friendly. I also want to thank Danial from quality control; he is always very kind and helpful with all the guests...
