Loud environment, bad food , never again, nothing more to say. Take care of the parking ground, if you do a mistake with your license plate it will be horrible expensive. You will get no support by the hotel....

This hotel is one of the best in Hamburg. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Yara from the front desk she is very professional and exceptionally friendly. I also want to thank Danial from quality control; he is always very kind and helpful with all the guests...

Used to be a good hotel. Now well below average and has been for some time.

The company I work for have been making bookings at this same hotel on a weekly basis for the past 12 years. We have a contract with the hotel. It specifies room type and location (rear of hotel). This week I was unfortunately allocated a room in the front of the hotel. So what? The front of the hotel overlooks a busy city road. This hotel is not qualified for NH standards

Upon arriving we were embarrassed to experience the poor outside area of the hotel. The outside area was very unpleasant with many beggars and nasty people circling around the hotel.We were happy to see our car in the not closed parking area back in one piece
Price/quality ratio of the hotel was not justified. Reception was not professional and unfriendly to say the least. We will not return to this hotel.
