Perfect location for access to everything, public transport,shopping restaurants, sightseeing.
Staff very pleasant and helpful.
My room was overlooking the river, lovely to wake to the view. Outside terrace, filled with plant pots. Very relaxing atmosphere.
I enjoyed my stay....

A hotel with a cool atmosphere and decor both in the reception and rooms.
Centrally located and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the central station.
Great that you get one free drink if you are ok with not have your room cleaned for 3 days.
Cool Japanese toilet in the restroom.
Comfortable beds and pillows.

You have to be digital enough to do the check-in yourself.
Expensive breakfast, there are two baker...

we had a family weekend in this cosy, clean and very welcoming place. from the self-checkin (with a very helpful and friendly stuff always at hand for any question) until our departure (without any delay as check-out is not needed!) we had a very pleasant stay. the beds are very comfortable and the bedding is fluffy and cosy. breakfast is healthy and has everything we love (very suitable for vegans!) - herbal teas, f...

Be Extremely Careful if You Decide to Stay at This Hotel. You Have Been Warned.
Our stay at Ruby hotel in Hamburg was an experience we wont forget, and not for good reasons. While the hotel did refund the cost of our room and provided a free breakfast after the incident, these gestures cant undo the serious issues we encountered.
